After this point, due to the nature of the products and the personalisation involved, returns are not accepted, except in special cases, however we are 100% committed to both our product and our customers.
Should you be unhappy with your order in any way upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days, including a photo of your print and the nature of the issue and our team will respond as soon as possible and work through a solution.
If we find that the print hasn't met our quality standards and the photo requirements have been met, we will offer a replacement.
If your order has arrived damaged, in this case we will offer a refund or replacement depending on your requirements.
If we find a refund is eligible, we will aim to ship all replacements or issue all refunds within 72 hours, however the funds may takes up to 5 days to appear back in your account.
For non-personalised products please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product if you are wanting to return it. It must be in the original condition and you will be provided with a returns address, the cost of returns is covered by the customer. Refunds will be processed once the retunred item has been received back and is confirmed to be in perfect condition.
